  • Where are you located?
    • Our office is located in Fremont, CA.
  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?
    • Clients are asked to provide a 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a no-show or cancellation fee.
  • How long is a session and how often will I meet with my clinician?
    • Typical sessions are 50-60 minutes in length for individuals, couples, or families. Clients are seen 1-2x per week. Recommendations are made based on your situation and current needs.
  • What is the initial consultation like?
    • The clinician will spend some time exploring the reasons that brought you into therapy, as well as the expectations you have for therapy.
  • Do you offer a sliding scale for your fees?
    • Yes. The sliding scale is available on a limited basis. It is offered based on need and availability at the time of inquiry.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    • Cash, check, or card.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    • Currently, our therapists serve clients with medical coverage from the following insurance companies:
